About this consultation
Allison Homes is preparing a full planning application for new homes on Land South of Ashby Road, Kegworth. We want to ensure our proposals are shaped around what matters most to the people who live here. This website sets out our initial plans and gives you the chance to share your views before we submit an application to North West Leicestershire District Council.
The site is an existing reserve allocation in the adopted North West Leicestershire Local Plan (Policy H3, site reference H3d) for around 110 homes. The site is also a draft allocation in the emerging 2024-2042 Local Plan, under reference K12, for the delivery of around 140 homes, alongside access, pedestrian connectivity, landscaping and appropriate noise and vibration mitigation measures.
